The Curriculum

A linear, three-phase coaching framework that moves from attention stabilization through somatic awareness to autonomous presence.

How the Program Is Organized

Each phase builds on the previous one. You progress at your own pace with coach support at every step. Click a phase below to view the frameworks and exercises included in that module.

Three Sequential Modules

Phase 1 — Attention Stabilization

Weeks 1–4 · Foundation

Establish a baseline for where your attention goes during routine activities. Learn to notice drift without judgment and return focus with gentle consistency.

  • Breath anchoring exercises (5–10 minutes daily)
  • Single-task observation logs
  • Environmental scanning practice
  • Introductory reflective journaling prompts

Phase 2 — Somatic Decoding

Weeks 5–8 · Integration

Connect attention practices with bodily awareness. Explore how physical sensations relate to mental states during everyday tasks and conversations.

  • Grounding somatic scans (audio-guided)
  • Posture and movement observation
  • Stress peak tracking in daily logs
  • Body-based pause techniques for transitions

Phase 3 — Autonomous Presence

Weeks 9–12 · Application

Apply accumulated skills to real-world scenarios. Develop independent practice routines that continue beyond the coaching engagement.

  • Open-monitoring meditation sessions
  • Decision-making pause frameworks
  • Self-directed weekly review structure
  • Long-term practice planning with your coach

Psychological Models Used in Each Module

Attention Restoration Theory

Applied in Phase 1 to understand how directed focus and environmental factors interact during sustained tasks.

Interoceptive Awareness

Introduced in Phase 2 to build a vocabulary for internal signals and their connection to daily decision-making.

Self-Determination Principles

Guiding Phase 3 toward practices you can maintain independently, aligned with your personal values and schedule.
